Yes, you can customize colors, materials, heaters and the direction the sauna faces.

Lead time depends some on the season and order volume but typically 8-12 weeks.

This is an entirely different product than a kit, infrared or barrel sauna for a variety of reasons including materials, build quality, insulation, durability, and proper sauna design like bench and ceiling heights, thermal mass, ventilation and room volume. This is a handmade premium product that will last for decades.
Our saunas also come fully assembled and ready to use.

Scientific research on the physics of sauna ventilation have shown that passive ventilation does not work well in an electrically heated sauna. Our saunas use very quite and efficient mechanical ventilation to refresh the air frequently and mix it to reduce stratification and CO2 buildup. This is something that sets us apart from almost all other sauna builders in North America.

We use mineral wool insulation because it resists mold, moisture and pests. We use a foil vapor barrier on the interior to prevent moisture from entering the walls and to reflect radiant heat.

We currently ship to Western states including Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Utah, Nevada and Montana.

We accept ACH payments directly from your bank for the lowest rate but we also accept credit cards and Credit Karma.

We do not store any payment information, all payments are made securely through squarespace.com

Saunas are made to order so we do not accept returns. We can refund an order up to a couple of weeks into the build process minus any credit card processing fees.

Our saunas come with a complete 5 year warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Our saunas are small enough that they rarely require a permit but you can check with your city and state to make sure. We will not ask you for a permit to deliver your sauna.
